Manifesto
Headcount was the ceiling.
We are removing it.
For all of history, the size of what you could build was capped by one thing: how many people you could hire, manage, and coordinate. Ambition ran straight into payroll, org charts, and the limits of a single human's attention. Want to do more? Hire more. There was no other door.
That ceiling is coming down. Not with another tool to babysit, but with an operations partner that thinks, remembers, and acts. An entire organization that happens to need only one human at its center.
So here is the thing we actually believe, out loud: the first one-person company worth a billion dollars is coming. Then a trillion. A million solo founders each running what used to take five hundred people. The fully agentic company, with you as its only mind.
You started your business to be free, and then it filled every hour with operations, follow-ups, and dashboards. We never accepted that trade. You should be able to command a company the size of a country and still have your evenings.
And we keep ourselves honest the only way that matters: by shipping. Today this starts small and real. Kodo takes the follow-ups, the briefings, and the busywork off your plate before you wake up. Tomorrow it runs the whole thing. Same road. We intend to walk all of it.
What we believe
- 01
The ceiling comes down.
What you build should be limited by your judgment, not your headcount. We are deleting the oldest constraint in business.
- 02
A company should run itself.
Software that only suggests is a tool. Kodo acts. The work gets done, not recommended.
- 03
Memory is the company.
An organization is its context. Kodo remembers every client, deal, and decision, and compounds it the way a great team would.
- 04
Infinite leverage, full control.
It works while you sleep and asks before anything irreversible. You command an organization without managing one.
- 05
You stay human at the center.
You do the one thing only you can do. Kodo does the rest. That is what freedom was supposed to mean.
- 06
Wild vision, zero hype.
Big claims, honest fine print. Clear pricing, no lock-in, leave in one click. The risk sits with us.
